So last week was busy! 🙂
We only went to the gym twice, then Friday we celebrated my hubby-to-be’s bday and went to a wedding out of town on Saturday. The wedding was in my hometown, so that means friends, family, and tons of food!!
Surprisingly so….
I’ve lost 2″ off my waist and almost an inch off my hips!!!
Somehow I gained half an inch in my thigh…but I’m going to blame that one on my pose 🙂 🙂 Last week I did make some poor food choices, but at the same time, I made some wise ones. I made sure I had breakfast everyday, and took frozen fruit to work to snack on during the day so I could always have something to munch on and not grab the leftover Halloween candy everyone decided so generously to bring to work! Also, I had Lean Pockets for lunch almost everyday and that saved me a ton of money! I’m looking for some meal ideas to switch it up a bit, so if you have any Public, just let me know!
Definitely motivation to keep pushing! I’m headed to the gym Public!

Yey for inches lost! You know, you may have gained extra muscle in your thigh through exercising which could explain the half an inch. Keep it up! Betty x
I know I can’t believe it!! I was thinking the same thing, that is some rapid muscle growth! I think at first my body is in shock so the fat just melts away..I’m just not looking forward to reaching that dreaded plateau!
..actually I am because that means I’ve lost more weight! 🙂
